Don draws on over 17 years of project management and insurance industry experience and has been part of the Baker Tilly Vantagen team for over 10 years.  Don and his team are responsible for the end-to-end integration of all new client relationships within Baker Tilly Vantagen.

While at Baker Tilly Vantagen, Don brings the following project management and leadership experience to each client relationship:

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Vantagen, Don served as Annuity Marketing Coordinator for the securities brokerage and investment firm of Ryan Beck and Co. based in New York City.  While at Ryan Beck, Don was responsible for promoting annuity and life insurance sales.

Mr. Duffy began his career at Prudential where he was an Internal Regional Coordinator.  In that role, he was responsible for developing, testing and implementing an online order entry system used by Financial Advisors to help automate their sales process.  Don also provided advisory and management consulting services to Regional Vice Presidents helping them forecast and track business activities.

Don holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Susquehanna University.

His professional affiliations include the Employee Benefits Institute of America (EBIA), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Penjerdel Employee Benefits and Compensation Association (PEBA).
