Employee communications

Since 1997, Baker Tilly Vantagen has provided employee benefits administration and Human Resources consulting services to companies with less than 50 employees (serviced by our dedicated Small Business Unit) and as many as 10,000 employees. These companies represent a wide spectrum of business and industry, including healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, transportation and professional services.

While Baker Tilly Vantagen’s primary client footprint is represented in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, over 65% of our clients maintain a supported business presence or operation outside the mid-Atlantic region.  Many of our clients require non-English language capabilities – some from a telephone support perspective and some from both a telephone and print benefits communications perspective.

A key component of our client relationships is the mutual partnerships we forge with each client’s broker/consultant.  All total, Baker Tilly Vantagen works with over 15 different insurance brokerage/consulting firms.  In many cases, we manage accounts on behalf of multiple individuals or teams situated within each of these firms.
