• With between 90-95% of our staff now working from home on any given business day, we are keeping our distance while remaining available to you and keeping pace with your needs.

• Because we invested in remote contact center capabilities years ago, our representatives are comfortably positioned to assist your employees.

This past week, in addition to positioning ourselves for our “new normal”, we began to get a sense for how this unprecedented situation is impacting many of you.  With so much uncertainty looming over us, you can carry forward with this assurance:  we will continue to do everything in our power to help you and your people through to the better days that we all know lie ahead.
